Is Your Card Lost or Stolen?
If your debit card has become lost or you believe it has been stolen, you can "turn off" your card from inside our Mobile Banking App using the convenient Card Control feature. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
If you are unable to use our app or don't have it installed on your mobile device, please call us at either (620) 384-7441 or (888) 773-3184 during business hours for assistance. We can help you with your card replacement needs and help ensure you have this feature activated for your account moving forward.
