Empowering Agricultural Leaders
Dream First Bank is proud to continue our commitment to the success and sustainability of agriculture in our region. We’re excited to offer two full scholarships to attend The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP) — a nationally recognized, advanced management course designed for farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness professionals who want to take their operations to the next level.
This week-long program, hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, will take place January 3–10, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas. The course focuses on advanced topics like family business management, financial strategy, leadership, and succession planning — all taught in an interactive environment with top agricultural experts.

Since its founding, TEPAP has equipped more than 2,000 participants to:
- Strengthen financial and strategic management practices
- Improve family and organizational communication
- Prepare for growth, transition, and succession
- Lead with confidence in a changing agricultural economy

Scholarship Details
Dream First Bank will provide two full scholarships, covering the entire $7,250 program fee for selected applicants.
- Application Deadline: November 30, 2025
- Who Can Apply: Agricultural producers in our region (you do not have to be a current Dream First Bank customer)
- Nominate or Apply: Individuals may nominate themselves or another deserving producer
- Selection Criteria: Recipients will be chosen based on leadership potential, commitment to agriculture, and community impact
