Caleb Sekavec's roots run deep in Western Kansas. He grew up amidst the verdant fields near Ness City and still plays a significant role in the family farm. His agricultural connections were fortified with a Master of Business Administration degree from Fort Hays State University in 2004. Caleb started his journey with Dream First Bank (previously First National Bank of Syracuse) in 2008 as a credit analyst. Living by the Golden Rule, he has nurtured a robust portfolio of commercial businesses and agricultural producers, always prioritizing genuine partnerships over impersonal transactions. Life at home is equally vibrant. Kristin, his wife and a member-owner at Lewis, Hooper, and Dick, CPA’s, together with Caleb, is raising four active children involved in sports, dance, and academics. Despite juggling work, farming, and family commitments, Caleb cherishes those rare free moments outdoors or in the company of his loved ones.
