Hidden Trail Brewing is a Dream Come True
Hidden Trail Brewing started as a rough draft business plan and a dream shared by a group of friends who were passionate about beer and brewing (Michael Cole, Cody Cundiff, and Colin Williams). Their story begins in the summer of 2020, when they were working together, and ultimately realized that they all shared the same dream.
That dream was to open a hang-out style brewery, with a rotation of food trucks, that focused on beers made in house, with an outdoor scene where customers could play games and relax. This then led to them visiting breweries in Colorado Springs, Nebraska, and all over Kansas, and eventually decided to pursue their dream of opening a craft brewery in their hometown. However, starting a business requires significant capital, which can be a challenge for any entrepreneur.
